Richmond Police Department has made an arrest related to a report of armed robbery in August.
On Sept. 30, Laquent R. Hogg, 20, whose address is listed in the 1900 block of North A Street in Richmond, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for armed robbery, which is a Level 3 felony charge.
Hogg was arrested on the warrant after an investigation of a reported armed robbery on Aug. 18.
The incident was reported in the 1200 block of South Ninth Street in Richmond. That block is a mixture of homes and businesses, including two gas stations.
Hogg was arrested at Richmond police station after requesting to talk with investigators, said Capt. Curt Leverton of RPD’s Investigative Services Division.
Hogg was booked into the Wayne County Jail shortly after 1 p.m., and was still incarcerated as of early Monday evening.
